Master Chef Sang Yasa has been in the restaurant business practically his whole life. Sang is of Japanese and Indonesian decent and he grew up in Bali, Indonesia. He has international experience and training from all over the world including Indonesia, Bali, Jakarta, Dubai, Spain. And in the United States, he received special training in Japanese, French and Italian cuisine. Through the years and travels to other countries, Sang has developed his very own original style of cooking and flavors which he describes as "Fusion Japanese".
